Architectural Design

Structural Design
Our experienced structural engineers evaluate, analyze and recommend the best model to use to the client and most importantly they work closely with the architects to ensure that the most effective structural system is executed. Our highly qualified Structural engineers are equipped with modern and advanced structural design technologies which allow them to apply their experience from small projects to micro-size projects We have been authorized by Dubai Municipality, DDA and Trakhees to Design and Supervise G+4 buildings in Dubai. (We get exception to go up to G+12).
MEP Engineering

Site Supervision
Arkiton has a group of active site engineers specialized in achieving compliance of construction works and quality of construction products with the requirements of regulatory enactments and technology for performance of work, ensuring the rights and interests of the customer during construction works.
Authority Approvals and Liaison (AOR)
Arkiton is a registered consultant company in Dubai authorized to submit projects to all authorities. Our team is trained to integrate local code requirements with its engineering design solutions and facilitating a smooth approval process and acquiring building permits. Arkiton will act as a bridge between the design ideas of the architect and owner and the practical considerations for construction.
